Send us your requirements in the Enquiry Form on www.kar-men.com/contact_us or an e-mail to : info@autotokyo.com with full details of the vehicle you are looking for.
If you find the vehicle in our stock list, please send us an-mail, we will reply you as soon as possible.
We will issue a Proforma Invoice when you confirm the deal.

[ How Do I Pay? ]

We accept the following payment terms :
1. 50% advance payment by telegraphic transfer (T.T.) upon confirmed order, 50% balance payment when shipment is ready. We will send you documents by fax, and when full amount is in our account, we will send you all the original documents to your address by FedEX.

2. 100% Irrevocable L/C at sight.

3. Other. (Subject to Negotiation).

[ Where do I send the money? ]

[ When and How I will receive my Car? ]

We will arrange shipment in the first available vessel to the port of destination. We work with the major shipping companies in Japan, so you can be sure that your vehicle will be transport by professional shipping lines.
Date of shipment and Estimated Time of arrive (ETA) is not fixed so will be inform you the approximate dates by e-mail and/or fax.

[ Does my vehicle come with warranty? ]

No, we don't guarantee the vehicle, but we sell only good condition cars (engine, interior and exterior), if the vehicle have some scratch and/or damage, we will inform you before and we will send you the photos with detailed information of your car.

[ How about the spare parts? ]

We can supply you with spare parts only to our customers who bought vehicles from us.
